Advisors' Opinion:- [By Jessica Alling]
Intel (NASDAQ: INTC ) is right behind HP, with a 1.62% drop as of this writing. Intel may be on the receiving end of the negative backlash against HP, since the device maker's recently introduced new line of laptops uses Intel processors. Otherwise, the chip maker has been getting a variety of positive news. Its battle with ARM Holding (NASDAQ: ARMH ) is looking like it might finally swing in Intel's favor, as ARM's stranglehold on the mobile and tablet markets may finally be loosening. Intel is providing the processors and chips for a variety of new devices that will push it further into the market, eating away at ARM's dominance.

Given those growth projections, I think it makes sense to own companies with the big pieces of this market. ARM Holdings (ARMH) is a member of my Jubak's Picks portfolio. And so are Apple (AAPL) and Qualcomm (QCOM).

The specifications for the new Nokia tablet look extremely good though pricing is not known. The company will use the best ARM (ARMH) processors in the market now - Qualcomm's Snapdragon 800 processors with 2 GB of RAM and a 10.1 screen size. It will have a 32 GB storage and a HD display. This makes the product quite competitive with the best Android and Apple tablets in the market today. The pricing will be the key for this product as well as the software that ships with this product. Current indications are the pricing will be same as that of the iPad, which places it in the premium category. Given the hardware specifications, the pricing will certainly not be too cheap. However, Nokia's current Lumia products are quite competitive in pricing and I think Nokia will not make the same mistake as Microsoft did in keeping the Surface products too high. New launches in a competitive market will have to be priced prudently to increase the penetration.
