Search Jim Cramer's "Mad Money" trading recommendations using our exclusive "Mad Money" Stock Screener.

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- This market just doesn't know when to quit, Jim Cramer said on "Mad Money" Friday. That's why Cramer's game plan for next week's trading includes a lot of bulls.

On Monday, Cramer said, all eyes will be on Apple (AAPL), a stock he owns for his charitable trust, Action Alerts PLUS, and Herbalife (HLF). Cramer said things should be looking up at Apple with margins expanding, while Herbalife remains an activist investor battleground.

Tuesday brings Yelp (YELP), LinkedIn (LNKD) and Gilead Sciences (GILD). Cramer said Yelp needs to raise more money and he'd love to hear of a 3:1 stock split from LinkedIn. He expressed concern for Gilead, however, noting that even good news may be ignored by the markets. Wednesday sees earnings from Facebook (FB), another Action Alerts PLUS holding, along with Starbucks (SBUX) and General Motors (GM). Cramer said he'd take some profits in Facebook, but would be a buyer of Starbucks on weakness and GM at current levels. Then on Thursday, Exxon Mobil (XOM) and First Solar (FSLR) take center stage. Cramer said Exxon will announce nothing special, but First Solar could deliver an upside surprise. Cramer advised buying Noble Energy (NBL), another Action Alerts PLUS holding, on any Exxon weakness. Finally, on Friday Chevron (CVX) reports and Cramer said he'd be a buyer of this oil giant on any weakness. Executive Decision: Chuck Bunch In his "Executive Decision" segment, Cramer spoke with Chuck Bunch, chairman and CEO of PPG (PPG), which recently delivered an earnings beat of 12 cents a share on a 17% rise in revenue. Shares of PPG are up 25% since Cramer last spoke with Bunch in April. Bunch said PPG has been focused on increasing productivity in Europe for the past few years, which has led to record operating earnings in the region. He said any improvement in Europe will now be a huge driver for the company going forward. When asked whether a turn is indeed at hand in Europe, Bunch said that PPG is seeing improvements in the U.K. as well as in Germany, but southern Europe is still slowly turning positive.

LDK Solar (NYSE: LDK  ) , Canadian Solar (NASDAQ: CSIQ  ) , Yingli Green Energy (NYSE: YGE  ) , Hanwha SolarOne (NASDAQ: HSOL  ) , and JinkoSolar (NYSE: JKS  ) led the way, gaining between 10% and 22% today.

The tech market's news today includes a plunge in Hanwha SolarOne Co. Ltd. (Nasdaq: HSOL) shares, which are down 5% in morning trade after its second-quarter loss narrowed to $0.32 per share from a loss of $0.43 in Q1.

  • [By Roberto Pedone]

One under-$10 stock that's starting to move within range of triggering a big breakout trade is Hanwha SolarOne (HSOL), which manufactures a number of silicon ingots, PV cells and PV modules using advanced manufacturing process technologies. This stock has been on fire so far in 2013, with shares up 301%.

If you take a look at the chart for Hanwha SolarOne, you'll notice that this stock has been uptrending strong for the last month and change, with shares moving higher from its low of $2.60 to its recent high of $4.28 a share. During that uptrend, shares of HSOL have been making mostly higher lows and higher highs, which is bullish technical price action. That move has now pushed shares of HSOL within range of triggering a big breakout trade.

Traders should now look for long-biased trades in HSOL if it manages to break out above its 52-week high at $4.28 a share with high volume. Look for a sustained move or close above that level with volume that hits near or above its three-month average action of 1.61 million shares. If that breakout triggers soon, then HSOL will set up to enter new 52-week-high territory, which is bullish technical price action. Some possible upside targets off that breakout are its next major overhead resistance levels at $6 to $7 a share.

Traders can look to buy HSOL off any weakness to anticipate that breakout and simply use a stop that sits right below its 50-day moving average at $3.40 a share, or near more support at $3.35 a share. One can also buy HSOL off strength once it clears $4.28 a share with volume and then simply use a stop that sits a comfortable percentage from your entry point.

But while fun and cleverness about in the costume and home decoration arenas, it seems like candy always gets left behind. Every year, it's the same old thing: Reese's cups and lollipops, Butterfingers and Tootsie Rolls, and that one house where they pass out candy corn. This year, while you're planning a your exciting costume, why not give your candy bowl a facelift, too? Asian grocery stores -- my favorite go-to source for creative sodas and innovative convenience foods -- are also a treasure-trove of strange and wonderful candies the kids in your neighborhood won't be seeing at every other house. As an added plus, most Asian candies don't contain high-fructose corn syrup, partially-hydrogenated oils, nor many of the other fake-food ingredients that plague American candy. Admittedly, they're a bit more expensive, but if there's one holiday that practically screams for a candy splurge, it's Halloween. Here are a few great Asian candies that were taste-tested and reviewed by members of the DailyFinance staff:

Riding the growth in multifamily homes, NYMT is up 13% this year. Because mREITs use leverage to invest in mortgage debt, they tend to be riskier than property-based REITs –they’re more vulnerable to interest rate fluctuations. A rising rate environment is anathema to mREITs, and NYMT is no exception …but I think the growth in the multifamily sector plus the hefty dividend will provide solid rewards for investors willing to stomach a little more risk.

Another choice is to use ETFs with a longer-term futures strategy. The United States 12-Month Oil Fund (NYSEMKT: USL  ) holds equal positions in each of the next 12 futures contracts. That reduces the positive impact of near-term backwardation, but it gives you more exposure to the heavier backwardation that exists further into the future.

Dolan Co. (DM) Market Cap $81.8 Million

Dolan Co. is down 42% over 12 months. The company has a market cap of $81.8 million; its trades at around $2.65 with a P/B ratio of 1.10.

  • [By Roberto Pedone]

Another under-$10 stock that looks poised for a sharp move higher is Dolan (DM), a provider of necessary business information and professional services to the legal, financial and real estate sectors in the U.S. This stock has been hammered by the sellers so far in 2013, with shares off huge by 80%.

If you take a look at the chart for Dolan Company, you'll notice that this stock has been downtrending badly over the last two months, with shares plunging lower from its high of $3 a share to its recent low of 66 cents per share. During that downtrend, shares of DM have been consistently making lower highs and lower lows, which is bearish technical price action. That move has now pushed shares of DM into oversold territory, since its current relative strength index reading is 20. Oversold can always get more oversold, but it's also an area where a stock can make a powerful bounce higher from.

Market players should now look for long-biased trades in DM if it manages to break out above Thursday's high of 77 cents per share and then above some more near-term overhead resistance at 80 cents per share with high volume. Look for a sustained move or close above those levels with volume that hits near or above its three-month average action of 321,823 shares. If that breakout hits soon, then DM will set up for a possible powerful bounce higher that could easily take this stock back above $1 to $1.20 a share.

Traders can look to buy DM off weakness to anticipate that breakout and simply use a stop that sits right around some key near-term support levels at 71 cents to 66 cents per share. One can also buy DM off strength once it starts to clear those breakout levels with volume and then simply use a stop that sits a comfortable percentage from your entry point.

[Millennials] no longer want to be a walking billboard of a brand. Individualism is important to them, having their own sense of style.

Abercrombie's woes came into sharp relief last month when the company said it was shrinking its well-known logo and increasing its assortment of fashion for women, all to appeal more to 16- to 22-year-olds who don't want to look like everyone else. The move came after 10 straight declines in quarterly same-store sales. "They no longer want to be! a walking billboard of a brand," said Michael Scheiner, an Abercrombie spokesman. "Individualism is important to them, having their own sense of style." Other companies are also adjusting their strategies to reach this elusive group. Gap's (GPS) new ad campaign, with the facetious tag line, "dress normal," is all about creating an individual style, the idea being that there is no normal. Aeropostale, for its part, says its new product lines by blogger Bethany Mota are meant to convey "authenticity, emotion and relevance." Mall owners have had to adjust, too. Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group (SPG) is now working with fashion magazines and fashion website Refinery29.com to entice millennial shoppers to the mall with videos, new designers and personalized advice. "Not looking like everyone else is key to everything about what we do," said Chidi Achara, Simon's global creative director. The drive to reach millennials comes during a difficult environment for retailers. Retail spending was flat in August, according to the U.S. Commerce Department, and household spending dropped by 0.1 percent in July, the first decline since January. Homebuilders: Headed for a Fall?

Home builders are bouncing back today after Friday’s rout. Opinions are divided over the bounce is just a prelude to another fall.

Sam Hodgson

Toll Brothers (TOL) has gained 1.6% to $31.70, KB Home (KBH) has risen 1.4% to $16.67 and Lennar (LEN) has advanced 1.1% to $32.95. The Ryland Group (RYL) has jumped 1.9% to $35.52 and PulteGroup (PHM) is up 0.8% at $16.19.

Today’s bounce appears to confirm Barclays strategist Barry Knapp’s observation on Friday about the sector–that it’s not a good time to be short. He writes:

Based on an our outlook for rates, short positions in cyclically leveraged rate sensitivities, which have already reacted to concerns the Fed is removing the punch bowl too soon—for example homebuilders—based purely on expectations of higher rates offers a weak risk/reward scenario. The disorderly move higher in rates should be behind us and although rates are biased higher, this should be in concert with improved economic conditions and rising risk assets. While valuations for builders still have wood to chop, conditions could align that make these stocks outperformers in 2014.

Susquehanna’s head of derivative strategy Trevor Mottl, however, recommends betting against the sector with options on the iShares U.S. Home Construction ETF (ITB) following Friday’s big drop in new home sales. He writes:

Hot Performing Companies To Invest In Right Now

Since the summer of 2010, shares of ITB…have broadly followed changes in new, single family home sales. Following Friday's lackluster new home sales for July (394k versus estimates of 387k and a revision down for June to 455k from 497k, SAAR), we look at ways to establish downside exposure to home builders.

July's data marks the largest one month decline in new home sales since the -41% move in May of 2010. While new home sales data tends to be moderately volatile with an average 12m rolling volatility of 27.6% over the past three years, July's 14% decline is a significant move.

The iShares U.S. Home Construction ETF has gained 1.5% to $21.38 today.

10 Best Forestry Stocks To Buy Right Now: Vapor Corp (VPCO)

Vapor Corp (Vapor), incorporated in 1987, is engaged in designing, marketing and distributing electronic cigarettes and accessories under the Fifty-One, Krave, VaporX, EZ Smoker, Green Puffer, Americig, Fumre Hookah Stix and Smoke Star brands. Electronic cigarettes or e-cigarettes, are battery-powered products that enable users to inhale nicotine vapor without smoke, tar, ash, or carbon monoxide. Electronic cigarettes look like traditional cigarettes and consists of three functional components: a mouthpiece, which is a small plastic cartridge that contains a liquid nicotine solution; a heating element that vaporizes the liquid nicotine so that it can be inhaled; and the electronics, which include: a lithium-ion battery, an airflow sensor, a microchip controller and an light emitting diode (LED), which illuminates to indicate use. When a user draws air through the electronic cigarette, the air flow is detected by a sensor, which activates a heating element that vaporizes the solution stored in the mouthpiece/cartridge, the solution is then vaporized and it is this vapor that is inhaled by the user. The cartridge contains either a nicotine solution or a nicotine free solution, either of which may be flavored. The Company offers rechargeable and disposable electronic cigarettes in two varieties: a two-piece unit, which the Company markets under its DUO product line; and a three-piece unit, which the Company markets under its TRIO product line.

The DUO

The DUO's 2-part construction (battery component and cartridge) features a disposable all-in-one atomized cartridge (also known as a cartomizer). This cartomizer is replaced when the nicotine or nicotine free solution is depleted from use. The all-in-one configuration eliminates the need for maintenance of a separate atomizer and maintains consistent performance of the e-cigarette over time.

The TRIO

The TRIO's 3-part construction (battery component, atomizer, and filter cartridge) features a separate atom! izer from the cartridge; the atomizer is reused and requires separate maintenance over its useful life. Replacement atomizers are available for sale and are easily serviceable by the user. In the TRIO, the only component that needs to be routinely replaced is the refill cartridge (either with or without nicotine).

The Company's electronic cigarettes are sold in kits. In addition to kits the Company sells replacement batteries, replacement mouthpieces that contain the liquid solution and atomizer, for its two-piece configurations as well as mouthpieces with the liquid solution and separate atomizers for its three-piece units. In addition to the Company's electronic cigarette products the Company sells an assortment of accessories, including chargers and simple and fashionable cases. The Company also offers refill cartridges and accessories for its electronic cigarettes. The Company's refill cartridges consist of assorted flavors and nicotine levels (including cartridges without nicotine).

Last year, industry experts were saying thatUS retail sales of e-cigarettes could reach $1 billion for the year or1% of the country's cigarette market but twice that of 2012as sales go off the Internet and into more mainstream retailers. Moreover, they are being positioned as a ealthieralternative to smoking (albeit some places have already extended their smoking bans to cover the devices). It should be stated that electronic cigarettes look just like traditional cigarettes and are usually comprised of three functional components:

While there is anew tudyout claimingthatelectronic cigarettes, or so-called e-cigarettes or e-cigs, may contain a comparable level of carcinogens to regular cigarettes, speculative investors might still want to take a look atsmall cap electronic cigarette stocks likeHop-on, Inc (OTCMKTS: HPNN), Smokefree Innotec (OTCMKTS: SFIO), Vapor Corp (OTCMKTS: VPCO) and Victory Electronic Cigarettes Corp (OTCMKTS: ECIG) as these appear to be the major publicly traded small cap stocks left in the sector. I should note thatall of themajor big tobacco stocks have entered the electronic cigarette market (see Who Are the Big Tobacco Electronic Cigarette Stocks? Last week, I talked about small cap electronic cigarette stocks Vapor Corp (OTCMKTS: VPCO) and Hop-On Inc (OTCMKTS: HPNN) as being among the last of the e-Cigstocks not controlled by ig Tobacco, but Victory Electronic Cigarettes Corp (OTCMKTS: ECIG), mCig Inc (OTCBB: MCIG) and American Heritage International (OTCBB: AHII)are alsopositioning themselves or their technology to exploit opportunities in the e-Cig market or even inmarijuana or cannabis. Last year, industry experts were already saying thatUS retail sales of e-cigarettes could reach $1 billion for the yearfor roughly1% of the country's cigarette market. That number might appear small, but its more than double 2012 salesas sales increasinglymove off the Internet and into more mainstream retailers thanks to their positioning as aealthieralternative to smoking.

Fans and investors of American Heritage International Inc. (OTCBB:AHII) - not to mention frenemies Vapor Corp. (OTCMKTS:VPCO) and Victory Electronic Cigarettes Corp. (OTCMKTS:ECIG) - can all breathe a sigh of relief today. As it turns out, while the electronic cigarette industry is more than likely be regulated by the FDA, it's going to be regulated in such a way that tends to favor the likes of AHII, ECIG, and VPCO.

Best Telecom Companies To Buy Right Now

The more uncertain the economic climate feels, the more likely the Fed will continue to delay tapering, writes MoneyShow's Jim Jubak, also of Jubak's Picks, and continue driving bonds and bond proxy stocks up.

With the shutdown/debt ceiling crisis behind us, the stock market is free to worry about a slowdown in US economic growth and to hope for a delay in the Federal Reserve's taper until sometime in 2014.

That's pushing the US market away from growth-sensitive stocks and toward what James Mackintosh of the Financial Times called ond proxieson Friday.

That means stocks with safe dividends that won't be cut, even if the economy stumbles.

Thursday's market leaders were telecom stocks (up 1.7%), utilities (up 1.6%), and consumer staples (up 0.8%) on a day when the Standard & Poor's 500 stock index (SPX) climbed just 0.67%.

The worry here, of course, is that a US economy that wasn't growing fast enough for the Fed to begin to withdraw any of it stimulus, even before the shutdown/debt ceiling crisis, will show even slower growth in the fourth quarter because of that crisis. And that the damage will extend into 2014 because we're scheduled to revisit the shutdown and debt ceiling battles in January and February of 2014.
